تؤيد محكمة التمييز في أبوظبي الحكم الصادر عن محكمة الاستئناف بإلزام المالك السابق لمؤسسة تجارية خاصة بالديون والالتزامات بالتضامن مع المالك الجديد لها، بعد ثلاث سنوات من نقل ملكية المؤسسة.
