The Emirates Association of Lawyers and Jurists (EALA) recently published a book titled

The book “Natural Law from Philosophical Roots to the Challenges of Globalization and Artificial Intelligence” by Dr. Abdul Wahab Abdul, former President of the Federal Supreme Court and Managing Partner at Mohammed Nakhira Law Firm, was recently published by Sadr Legal Publications in association with the Emirates Association of Lawyers and Jurists (EALA), and is authored by Dr. Abdul Wahab Abdul.

The book is an in-depth philosophical study of natural law in terms of its nature, foundation, characteristics, and philosophers, with a full chapter devoted to the role of this law in contemporary legal and judicial life.

In this chapter, the author emphasizes the role of natural law as an ideal and ethical guide for the national legislator, as well as its role in the fair application of positive law, in addition to its role as an official source of this law. The author concludes his book with a detailed explanation of the contemporary issues facing natural law, such as philosophical and theoretical issues, legal issues, and political and social issues.

The book is 180 pages of medium-sized pieces, with a list of Arabic and foreign sources and references, as well as application websites.
