Ghada is a Partner in the general litigation department in Bin Nakhira & Partners.
She is a member in Beirut Bar Association for more than twenty years.
She worked in managing litigation in both United Arab Emirates and the Middle East region, and played a major role in winning complex cases that contributed to the consolidation of new legal principles and precedents.
She has an extensive background in a wide range of complex litigation involving commercial, civil, taxation, employment, criminal and administrative matters.
As a specialist in Sustainability policies and in the field of clean energy law, Ghada provides clients the necessary legal advice in these areas. Prior to joining Bin Nakhira & Partners, Ghada worked for one of the most prestigious law firms in Lebanon, and upon her move to the United Arab Emirates, she joined one of the leading law firms, and also worked for the Abu Dhabi Food Control Authority in Abu Dhabi as a legal consultant and researcher and participated in the drafting of several regulations for the said body.
She has multiple articles published on official and specialized websites.
She holds a Master Degree in Law, Economic and Management, Field of Public Law, specialized Sustainable Development Law from Paris Descartes University, and currently she is in the process of pursuing a PhD in the field of Nuclear Energy Law and Policies (Civil Liability due to the Peaceful use of Nuclear Energy in United Arab Emirates) from the most prestigious university in Europe.
